OFSD II

Sudah 5 hari jaga makan. Hasilnya? Tak tau. Heeee! Tak timbang pon lagi. Tapi rasa badan ringan, perut behave sikit. Aku tak la extreme sgt nak diet. Max mungkin aku kene turun 5kilo. Rasanya adalah turun sekilo da kot skrg. Nanti nak timbang.

What have I taken for the past 5 days:
1. Breakfast: Fitnesse cereal + apple + strawberry, Milo no sugar/condensed milk
2. Lunch: Two slices white bread + omelet (oil free) + plain water
3. Dinner (bwteen 6-7pm) : Fitnesse cereal + apple + strawberry, plain water

Yesterday, we ate A&W. OMG OMG. I had chicken sandwich + rootbeer. No good, no good. BUT! The chicken is not oily at all, less mayo and I only drank quarter of the rootbeer, later I had a bottle of mineral water=) Today, I had ktiaw for lunch with plain water=) Dude agak tkejot. Hehe. Yes I'm so serious about this. Rasa mcm da byk sgt mkn+minum manis. Oh sblm blk td smpat minom whitechoc coffeebean! Damn! Tapi minum separoh je. Terasa nak minom. Huhu!
Hopefully my diet will be better. Plus, I'm planning to do aerobic at home. Dah penah buat sblm ni, only for couple of weeks. It is a 30min program, will do it 3times in a week. Honestly, agak depressed mkn mkanan diet ni, rasa hambar je hidup, tp bile da rasa sikit perubahan rasa makin bersemangat! aku pon da control skit makan dude. No coke, no sweet drinks, no nasik tambah etc.

Can we do this? Yes we can!
