OFSD III

I did exercise today! Buat 30mins cardio aerobics. Da lam download video aerobic tu, rajin jgk la dlu buat tapi tak consistent. Ni nk start blk. Guess what? Dulu 30min tu tade hal, mmg boleh buat smpai cool down, tapi skrg tidak lagi! belum 20min aku da berterabor, pergerakan smakin lembab, napas huru hara pastu rasa nak muntah! aku minom susu b4 start. Kene tunggu at least 2hrs b4 start ye! tapi bpeloh2 jgk, dlu lagi hebatla bpeloh. Nampaj tak betapa dah xsehat nye aku?? Tapi mmg sukela tgk peloh mngalir2 klua dr dahi. sbb jarang bpeloh so jakun skit. haha! Lastnye aku wat cool down sndiri, xleh ikot video tu rs nak pengsan.

Tghari ni wat nasi goreng, xgorng pkai minyak pon. kering je. Ptg peg jusco and now I will eat my 2nd box of Nestle Fitnesse cereal! beli susu, strawberry etc. Sblm blk aku timbang kat kedai dlm jusco tu.huhu. Last timbang masa buat medical check up a month ago, 64kg. tadi timbang 62.7kg! Yay!! I've lost 1.3kg! aku br jage mkn btol2 last week. so kire lost 1.3kg in a week la kn? haha!! That's cool enough for me^_^ nampaknye diet aku mnjadi. Kalu aku bley mantain, berat bley kurang 5.2kg in a month! so total weight 59.8kg! WHOAAA!! jgn berangan lagi, 3weeks to go! Can't wait!
